Field Training of Ubuntu Developer Innovation Contest - Changsha Station

Ubuntu has been not only widely applied to desktops, servers, cloud technology, and thin clients, but also one of the world's three most popular desktop operating system. Canonical, as an initiator and a service provider of Ubuntu system, from 2004 has begun developing an operating system to provide a integrated user experience by extending the Ubuntu operating system to mobile devices.

Canonical and China Mobile team up for Ubuntu Developer Innovation Contest to encourage developers to create more applications and Scope for Chinese users. That’s why we also held field training of Ubuntu Developer Innovation Contest. For better communicate with the majority of developers, previously, we have platform presentations and training in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Shanghai InnoSpace and University of Science and Technology of China.

Now, we will come to Changsha and co-sponsor events with Ubuntu Kylin. Liuxiao Guo, a famous Qt expert and senior R&D engineer of Ubuntu phone will come to the site and make a speech about Scope. On site, we will also send a certain amount of Ubuntu Kylin boot disk for the majority of developers, containing Ubuntu SDK and installed two Kit and Emulator or the  convenient of development.
