SIG group join application process
Application
Individual: After the applicant receives the personal CLA signature effective email, the applicant submits the PR according to the template under the gitee warehouse community project.
Enterprise: After the corporate members sign the CLA and receive the effective email, the applicant submits the PR according to the template under the gitee warehouse community project.
Review
Review and appraisal by the corresponding SIG group (3 work days).
Approve
After the SIG group has passed the review, an announcement will be made on the mailing list and the relevant account permissions will be processed.
Join
Members enter the library and formally join.
SIG group creation application process
Application

Review
Review and appraisal by the technical committee (3 work days).
Approve
After the technical committee has passed the review, the mailing list will be announced and completed the creation of the SIG group warehouse and the authorization processing.
Operation
The SIG group was successfully established and started to run. Members of the group communicate through mailing lists, group meetings, etc.
SIG Group Revacation Process
The Technical Committee may revoke the SIG after discussion based on the following principles:The work of the SIG group was unable to meet the requirements of the community version and hindered the release of the Ubuntu Kylin community version. The SIG group cannot function normally, including no regular meetings, inability to respond to community PR in a timely manner, and the software responsible for not being updated in a timely manner.
Revacation
A member of the technical committee submits an application for withdrawal of the SIG group.
vote
The application is discussed and voted on at the regular meeting of the technical committee. The voting principle is based on the simple majority vote principle.
Belonging
When the SIG group is revoked, the software packages under the SIG group name are assigned to other SIG groups according to their reasonable ownership.
