From November 15 to 16,  2013 Ubuntu Kylin Technical Seminars organized by CCN Open Source Software Joint Innovation Lab, was held in Changsha, Hunan.  Jon Melamut, vice president of Canonical following with other 6 colleagues, Ming Liu, vice director of CSIP,  and Qingbo Wu, director of Software Engineering Research Center, Computer school of NUDT, have joined the meeting with Ubuntu Kylin development team.

On the meeting, development experience and achievements of Ubuntu Kylin 13.04&13.10 were reviewed and summed up firstly. Then rainstorming on Ubuntu Kylin 14.04 R&D was conducted. As a result, objectives and priorities of Ubuntu Kylin 14.04 were initially identified.
